My Patient Solutions is an online tool to help you enroll patients in Genentech Access Solutions and manage your service requests. It allows you the flexibility to work with Genentech Access Solutions when it’s convenient for you.

Enroll and re-enroll patients
Enroll and re-enroll your patients entirely online using eSignature and scanned PAN attachments or send a link to the paperless PAN.
View Benefits Investigation (BI) Reports
Review BI Reports for all your patients enrolled in Genentech Access Solutions.
See which service requests require action
Any additional information will be listed under Next Steps in the service request details.
Follow up on prior authorizations (PAs) or appeals
Download the PA form (if available) and request that Genentech Access Solutions follow up with the health insurance plan on behalf of the patient.

How to Register
Account registration can be completed by 1 person for the entire practice and for multiple practice locations.
Go to the My Patient Solutions home screen and select REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT in the top right corner.
Confirm whether or not you infuse OCREVUS® (ocrelizumab). (If you do not, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page for My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices.)
If you do infuse OCREVUS, answer a series of questions to help you determine if My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices is right for you.
Enter your information:
- Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to read and agree to the entire PRACTICE AGREEMENT
- Add additional users, practice locations and prescribers as needed
Once the practice has been registered, each user will receive an email within 2 business days to activate his or her account and create an individual login. This link will be valid for 30 days.
