ENSPRYNG Patient Navigators

Your ENSPRYNG Patient Navigator is your point of contact for assistance during your patients’ treatment, including access, reimbursement and injection training support.

ENSPRYNG Clinical Educators (CEs) are nurses who are a dedicated resource, providing education that includes helping you learn how to administer your injection.

Patient Navigators can help with:


Answer questions you or your patients may have throughout the enrollment process.

Patient assistance

  • Help identify patient assistance options for eligible patients
  • Enroll eligible patients in the ENSPRYNG Co-pay Program*

Benefits investigations (BIs)

Walk your patients through the results of their BIs and help them understand next steps.

Injection training

Can educate you and your patients about ENSPRYNG clinical injection training support.

Prior authorizations (PAs)

  • Help you identify if a PA is necessary
  • Offer resources as you obtain PAs for your patients
  • Follow up with the payer regarding PA status
  • Provide PA forms


*Eligibility criteria apply. Not valid for patients using federal or state government programs to pay for their medications and or administration of their Genentech medication.
