My Patient Solutions
My Patient Solutions is an online tool that allows you the flexibility to work with OCREVUS Access Solutions and your OCREVUS Patient Navigator when it’s convenient for you. There are 2 versions of My Patient Solutions available for practices that treat OCREVUS patients.
How to Register
Account registration can be completed by 1 person for the entire practice and for multiple practice locations.

Go to the My Patient Solutions home screen and select REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT in the top right corner.

Confirm whether you infuse OCREVUS. (If you do not, you will be automatically redirected to the registration page for My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices.)

If you do infuse OCREVUS, answer a series of questions to help you determine if you are registering for My Patient Solutions for Health Care Practices or My Patient Solutions for Infusion Sites.

Enter your information:
- Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom to read and agree to the entire PRACTICE AGREEMENT or INFUSION SITE AGREEMENT
- Add additional users, locations, and/or prescribers as needed

You may register for both sites separately and navigate between them once you log in.
Once the practice or infusion site has been registered, each user will receive an email within 2 business days to activate his or her account and create an individual login. This link will be valid for 30 days.

Enroll patients entirely online
Complete the practice portion of the OCREVUS Start Form using eSignatures and either upload the signed patient authorization section or send patients a link by email to sign the form electronically.

Communicate with your OCREVUS Patient Navigator
Send messages to your OCREVUS Patient Navigator and receive responses within the system.

Manage infusion dates
View and enter past or future infusion dates for your patients.*

View treatment coordination milestones
Track patients' status throughout treatment.*

View Benefits Investigation (BI) Information
Review benefit information and download BI Reports for all your patients enrolled in OCREVUS Access Solutions.

View co-pay assistance details
Learn co-pay assistance referral information and outcomes, including the enrollment dates for patients enrolled in the OCREVUS Co-pay Program.

Follow up on prior authorizations (PAs) and appeals
Download the PA form (if available), request that OCREVUS Access Solutions follow up with the health insurance plan on behalf of the patient and view the status of the patient’s PA.

Manage your patient list
Filter and sort your patient list by prescriber, payer, location and/or product.

Communicate with your OCREVUS Patient Navigator
Send messages to your OCREVUS Patient Navigator and receive responses within the system.*

Manage infusion dates
View and enter past or future infusion dates for your patients.*

View treatment coordination milestones
Track patients' status throughout treatment.*

View Benefits Investigation (BI) Information
Review benefit information and download BI Reports for all your patients enrolled in OCREVUS Access Solutions.

Download prior authorization (PA) forms (if available)
Download the PA form (if available) and view the status of the patient’s PA.

Manage your patient list and download reports
Filter and sort your patient list by prescriber, payer, location, anticipated date of treatment, last date of treatment, PA expiration date and/or co-pay program status, and then export it into a report.
*These features are exclusive for practices and infusion sites with OCREVUS patients.
